At Custom Craft Solution, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. We offer a full refund if you decide to cancel your order before approving the mockup. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel at this stage.

No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges After Mockup Approval

Once you approve the mockup, your order will be sent into production. Due to the customized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges after this point.

Quality Assurance

We take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assess the issue and, if deemed a production error, will work to rectify it promptly.
